tomorrow we are going to play Prison of Khinn of the Heirs of Blood campaign. Unfortunately the german version of the adventure description is formulated in a pretty unclear way. Is anyone able to post me here the part of the description, where the conditions for the alarms are explained. How many hero tokens must be dropped if the overlord activates an alarm.
At the start of each overlord turn, the overlord takes 1 hero token and places it in his play area. Then, if the overlord has a number of hero tokens in his play area greater than the number of heroes, he discards a number of hero tokens equal to 1 plus the number of heroes and raises the alarm.
