As a note, my credit card had expired, and so they were unable to charge me, even though I got the "charging now" email. Check your information and use the live chat function, they give great customer service.

I have yet to receive mine, but I expect it in a day or two after speaking with the rep.

This happened to me with Talon. I don't know why they don't contact you when the charge is denied.

This happened to me too, when I got a new card - should be an easy thing to fix: contact all peeps whose cards didn't work.

I second that. I was a bit worried because when I logged in it was marked as not sent yet and someone told me sometimes they sent the package without updating that information (which would be something to worry about as I really needed the tracking info), but it was just a matter of finding a time when the chat operator was online and everything went perfectly well - they promised me the tracking number ASAP, I received an e-mail shortly afterwards with that info, and my game arrived last week.

Outstanding service. And outstanding production quality as well. I noticed some people were worried about the cover (which does look a bit like late 90s CGI), but the components are top notch.

What a pain for my first P500 order.

When I checked out months ago I didn't save credit card info. No notifications then that I needed to save it. No follow up mails that my order was held up on this. If I hadn't checked in with GMT it would never have processed.

All fixed now, but what a pain in the...

They should have sent you an email that your order was charging, and to make sure you had a valid payment method or sent them a check.

I had the same thing happen. Got it fixed and received it about a week ago.

They are upgrading their antiquated shipping system. Right now they blast out all the P500s in a big rush and don't have a good way to deal with credit cards that don't work other than contacting you after the rush.
