Do you put an event card next to each terrain tile? I am convused. When I read the rules it looks like that you do on some terrain tiles and some not.

A Terrain is a set of tiles (for example the bridge or the church).
If you have a Mission, where your Commandos work on different Terrains at the same time, you need to draw an Event-Card per Terrain.

On different Terrains, different things can happen and the move-patterns of the enemies are also different this way.

"Terrain" is a set of "Tiles".

I was also confused by the use of the words Terrain and Tile.

I have to keep telling my brain "Terrain" and "Tile" are separate things.

Yeah, this one got me first time too. I was drawing one card per tile thinking, This is wrong, but couldn't see why. Then it sort of clicked when I saw later missions.

I think "Location" or "Map" might have been a better English word for "Terrain".
