Greetings guys.

On page 16 of the rulebook, it states, "Any time a Hero Heals Wounds or Sanity Damage from another Hero (regardless of the method), they gain 5 XP for each Wound/Sanity healed." For example Bandido uses bandage and heals 2 wounds from Gunslinger. Do they both get 10 XP or just Bandido?

Just the Bandido. It's to encourage players to use their healing on other players, rather than keep it for themselves.

Flying Frog has an unusual writing style with singular vs plural pronouns. Technically, "they" would refer to both heroes, but I'm sure it is meant to refer to the healer only, in FFP's lingo.

True, but still ambiguous in the context given in the OP. It probably should have said something like "A hero gains 5 XP for each wound or Sanity healed from another hero." Ignore the pronoun issue altogether.

Follow-up question to that rule:

Is this bonus also applicable for the preachers prayer and the bargirls charming presence?

Both already get XP for their healing, but both usually have problems getting enough XP in our group.

They both get a total of 5xp per wound/sanity healed on other characters, plus the casting XP for the Preacher. Some but not all sources of healing have reminders that you gain 5xp for each point of healing to others.

If you look at Perfume it raises the XP for a Saloon Girls's healing XP to 10xp per point healed.

Gentle Manner +5 "extra 5 XP per wound/sanity you heal..."
Perfume +5 "you gain +5 XP for every wound/sanity you heal..."

Equals +15 XP per heal of others.
