- When I asked the owner/publisher of Heart of Oak to order the Priates of the Spanish Main ships for the store he told me that he already had them coming because everyone wanted them for Heart of Oak. HoO is played on a table top without using hexes and since they are so cheap compared to minis that's what we are gaming HoO with. He also told me a story that two guys from WhizKids were at a major game distributor and they had said that they couldn't believe how fast Pirates had sold out, and then they were told that about 70% of the game was for Historical mini gamers who wanted the ships for other games like HoO. They didn't have a clue. Maybe they could do a non collectible no markings line of ships for that very purpose.
