It says under bullet 5 of set-up that "If a player is dealt duplicates, they may show the other players, discard a card of their choosing and re-draw until they no longer have duplicate cards." Maybe I am missing something, but if they have duplicate cards then there really would not be a choice to make here.

Should the player just discard a card and redraw until they have no duplicates? Should they not have to show their duplicate cards to keep some semblance of secrecy? I guess they could also show their duplicate cards and redraw both of them. Which should it be?

Hi Gary,
Sorry to take so long to reply. We have been away at GTS.

To answer your question...It all depends on how much your gaming group trusts eash other. The "Show Rule" was implemented to cut down on someone just claiming to have duplicates and drawing until they get the cards they want. If your group trusts each other, then by all means, keep things nice and secret! (I like it better that way as well!)
Thanks for writing,
Todd
