Regarding Power | Super Munchkin 2: The Narrow S Cape

New to the munchkin Narrow S cape, only owned a box set for Munchkim Impossible before which included a rule sheet this did not. So I'm left wondering what the heck is power, and how does it work?

"The Narrow S Cape" is an expansion for Super Munchkin, and isn't really designed to play with MI...

However, a character can have any number of powers, as long as the total level of their powers doesn't exceed their character level.
