Tactical shots -- do you get up to three per turn and then your fourth shot (if any) must connect with the ball or you foul?
Free shots -- is the scenario that a player's foul ends his turn -- at which point his opponent gets 3 turns in a row?
Discs left in penalty zones -- do they have to be removed on the next shot or the next turn? If the answer is shot, what happens if the next shot would not be until the next turn? Or if the next shot will be a foul unless it connects with the ball? And, in any event, does the opposing player have to call for removal of the disc in question? And does the rule against leaving discs in the penalty zone apply to the puck?

You get one shot per turn normally , if you miss the red buck, its called tactical, if you make 3 tacticals in a row its foul, so at minimum every third needs to hit.
When foul is commited the opposing player immediatly gets 3 shots. This means even if player A fouls and gives 3 to player B if player B makes foul on his first shot player A then immediately gets 3 shots.
You need to remove all the discs with your next shot, if you fail on that or commit some other fould, its just 3 shots to opponent. I dont think the penalty zone applies to puck but on that im not 100% sure.

With respect to the penalty zone:
We play that the discs must be removed (shot) from the penalty zone if the opposing player requests it.

I think you get 3 tactical shots and then a 4th. A foul generates three shots total (not multiple tacticals and "real" shots). I think the 3 tacticals and the 4th shot have to use the same player disc. I also don't think that missing the ball is a "tactical" shot. The rules seem to indicate that intent is what governs. So if you declare an attempt to hit the puck, and you miss, your turn ends.
