I have just uploaded The Unofficial Agricola Compendium.
What is it? It's the appendix, as it would have been if the rulebook had had unlimited space. The official rulebook only contains clarifications on part of the cards; the Compendium lists all cards, with complete explanations.
How do I use it? Don't read it start to front. Just use it as a reference work; if you don't understand your cards, or if you're wondering if two cards work together, look them up. (Or if you, like me, only have the German edition, look a card up if you don't understand the German text.)
Is it official? No. Lookout Games has not contributed to the Compendium, except by publishing the game. I've incorporated all of the answers given by Uwe and Hanno on the Geek and on the Lookout Games forums, and I've added a lot of clarifications of my own. I've clearly indicated which parts are mine, so you can take or leave them as you wish. (But they may be useful as an impartial second opinion if you have a disagreement during a game.)
Where can I find it? http://www.boardgamegeek.com/fileinfo/34558
I can't find the card I'm looking for! Cards are listed in German alphabetical order. This is very useful if you have the German 1st edition. For those of you with a second edition, the next version will be ordered on card numbers. If I can find them anywhere.
I don't like it! Tell me why! I'm planning to keep the file up-to-date, and your feedback would be very useful.
What is this tex file? If you have to ask, it probably is of no use to you Just use the PDF file.

Now if someone can put them in English alphabetical order...

Definitaly is the most "international" mode to order the cards. Thumbs up for the primary work and thumbs up in this idea.

A fantastic job but I'll wait until the English version is corrected and alphabetized before downloading it.

Fantastic job!
I have already requested a US letter version rather than A4. Also, I did request minimal margins in order to minimize the number of pages. This would also allow using printer functions to print out as a booklet.
Personally I would prefer the English alphabetical, but I could see the reasoning behind the numbered order.

Couldn't you just make a pdf? That's pretty easy when you have TeX installed, isn't it?

Wow, that is so nice! I had really looked forward to the day when a document this well presented with this much detail was available. Many thanks!

Oops, sorry didn't check because of the TeX reference.

There is a PDF file as well; I've added a clarifiaction.
About the ordering: if I can get a list of card numbers, I will order them on number. (I will also keep providing the document in the current format, for those with the first edition.)

Looks great. I agree it would be more useful (for me) in alphabetical order by English card names.

Could you include the deck (K, I, E, Z) and points the card is worth for each entry?

Awesome work! I concur that ordering by card number would be great.
Are the numbers the same between the Zman and earlier editions? (I know nothing about the earlier editions.)

SiddGames wrote: Are the numbers the same between the Zman and earlier editions? (I know nothing about the earlier editions.) There are no numbers in the first edition; I presume that the card numbers are consistent between the different language versions of the second edition.
I will only add the card numbers if I can find them, or if someone can send them to me.
jdberry wrote: Could you include the deck (K, I, E, Z) and points the card is worth for each entry? The deck is easy to include, so I probably will. I don't think that I'll include the points. The cards are clear enough about those, so they should not need explanation; I don't know how I can add them in while maintaining a nice and clear format; and I don't have them, unless I copy them from all the cards. Which is more work than it's worth.

My take on this: The only reason to include this information is to enable people to pirate the game (jdberry, I am not looking at you - it is a reasonable thing to want a reference document to be as complete as possible). The information is clearly available on the cards. Ditto the costs.

Hi, Here you can find the numbers of the Deck-E Occupations, and the names in Spanish, English and German. http://www.boardgamegeek.com/file/info/34509
Not all the numbers, but something to start with.
Great job, by the way.

I gave him a list last week. (My file was also just posted in the files section with the errata.) He already has the updated list by number ready to go. I have already seen a couple versions of it as I am trying to help with getting it to print on US letter appropriately.
Just an update for you.

I have five decks: E*, E, I, K and Z. So far I've been enjoying just playing with the E* deck.
Someone mentioned the Master Baker card.
I haven't even seen this card before.
Which deck do I search to find the Master Baker card and read it? I have no idea.
Having an on-line file that tells which of the 5 decks (and distinguishes between the E* and E decks) is very useful for those that own a copy in just finding a darn card among the hundreds out there.
Well, for those of us that keep the decks separate in different tuck boxes, at least.

I love this, very good job!
Maybe its a good idea to add a list of translations of the cardnames into various languages. Or make several files where instead of the german names, the names in another language are given.

Numbers can solve that, since they don't change from version to version, so you can look up no matter what your game language is.
Great job with version 2, Pijll. Could we ask for a number-ordered version?

Version 3.0 is now available at http://www.boardgamegeek.com/fileinfo/34558; it contains two pdf's: one ordered by card number, and one ordered by German names (in case you have the first edition without the numbers, like me).
Thanks to Sterling Babcock, who provided the card numbers.
Several cards were changed between v1 and v3. More will change in the future, if I change my mind about certain rulings, or if my opinions are contradicted by those with more authority than me.
By the way, in case you were wondering why I jumped from v1 to v3: rlcoon has uploaded a reformatted version of the first edition ( http://www.boardgamegeek.com/file/info/34830). You may want to check it out, if you want 1) letter paper size instead of A4; 2) ordering by English name; 3) the official English card texts.
