I received my copy of "Revenge..." about five minutes ago and as well as the scenario card and extra zombie/hero cards I got an extra "Just what I needed" card with what appeared to be a signature in silver marker pen across it.
Strange...
Anyhow, after a few minutes I found this on the Flying Frog webstore:
