Nope, the Secret Passage is paired with the Gears (Chunky Cheese Shover), and the Cat-astrophe with the Stinky Sock.
If you already have the Cheesy Gonzola expansion, then you already have one Secret Passage tile, and one Chunky Cheese Shover (the gears). The Secret Passage basically gives you another option, not just to zip into the Pantry, but you can also jump to any other free space on the board.
