I posted this in another thread but thought it might be a good idea, to post it here as a new thread. I am thanking Neil regarding his looking into this issue. If anyone also has any input, I'd like to hear the ideas.
"Hey thanks Neil. I've had time to better look at the product now and yes, I can see clearly that there should be 14 pieces per side. I am missing the red Academy and the gray manor. Both Abbeys are the same - not mirror images. I have read somewhere that is a mistake.
With this in mind, is there a way to get exact replacement pieces from Mattel? Also was it meant that the Abbey and Academy be mirror images of each other? I can see how this could effect game play. As it is, I can easily make a functional correct piece, to play the game.
A pdf or doc of the original rules, or link to such a thing, would be great as well.
Thanks in advance
Craig"

There are several images in the Cathedral gallery here showing all the pieces, e.g.:

Hey thanks - I had seen that after I made the post. Amy ideas about replacement pieces from Mattel or other options?

I really doubt that Mattel would be able to get you replacement parts if you are talking about the 1986 version of the game. By the way, to the best of my knowledge, that version is supposed to have opposing (mirrored) Academies, but not opposing Abbies.
