crossposting to several places

i have made revisions to 5 of my games. they are now on the 54 playing card template with the single back side
each is listed with the title tag [Economy] and that is what you should look for if you wish to use the current Artscow coupon offer

as i mentioned before, the 'deluxe' editions still exist with the multiple card backs. rules for each of these games do sometimes make reference to the different card back so you'll have to read between the lines when you encounter those few instances

Aether Captains: The Search - Economy Version (single card back)

Aether Captains: Capek Golems - Economy Version (single card back)

Ragnarok: Aesir and Jotunn - Economy Version (single card back)

New World Colony - Economy Version

I will try hard to finish Steam Lords up in the next few days so those wanting to order it can take advantage of the sale. this game was designed with a single card back in any case.

"You can buy as many decks as you can in single order, $8.88/each, with free shipping. No Quantity Limited."

PPC888 seems to be work. Just made my first artscow order, with a remake of balloon cup, the dektet, and pandemic threat level 6. Excited!

you mean any quantity of the same design, and total order is just $8.88, no matter how many units ordered?
know how long this runs for?

Uh, no, of course not. But you can pay $8.88 each for as many as you can afford.

the deal is on decks (54 different front/backs) that are usually $10.99 + the free shipping.

amended - the deal makes more sense for those $10.99 decks but i believe the deal is on all decks regardless.

Using graphics posted on the internet for people to use to print their own Pazaak deck (Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic era), I created an entire set of the communal cards with plenty of choices for two side decks as a Christmas present for my fiance last year and had ArtsCow print them up. They turned out great, and he loves them. If I can find my copies on my old laptop (or how to share them from my ArtsCow account), would anybody be interested in me putting that up here? I hate to go through two external hard drive, the old laptop, and all my flash drives if nobody would like them. Also, it took two full 54-card decks to make enough of everything, including many fan-made cards that did not originally show up in either KOTOR game. Anyway, I'll gladly look and share the cards if anybody wants them. Just let me know.

If you look in your ArtsCow saved designs, I believe there is a "share link with friends" option. C&P that link to here.

That would be pretty awesome, I know I'd be interested. I once saw a sabacc deck online and thought of making a copy...

A sabacc deck is pretty much just a tarot deck with a Star Wars theme, at least if I remember my "Lando Calrissian and the Mindharp of Sharu" correctly.

There they are! They came out great. It was a fair amount of work saving all the files and then fixing them up before uploading them again, but it was worth it. My sweetie was so happy! It meant a lot, he said, because it proves how much I love him. I'm more of a Trekkie than a SW kinda girl having grown up watching 007 and Trek with my daddy and being born too late to catch the first SW craze. By the time I got to see SW, I'd already seen movies with far better special effects, so I just thought it was cheesy.

Anyway, the real credit for the decks should go to all the people who created those graphics and other graphics and fan-made cards I found. I either used them pretty much as-is, prettied them up a bit, or recreated some using this particular deck style when fan-made cards were available but did not match the look. All in all, getting one of each of those decks made a complete set with a few extras in case of accidents and loss.

Also, as I waited a little closer to Christmas, I got each deck for $3.99 with free shipping. I live in the U.S., but I was able to have them ship it directly to my sweetheart in Europe (still with the free shipping). It was a great deal, and they even came in nice protective cases.

Now...how to top last year's gift... I know! I need some Munchkin decks for him. *giggles*

Just to be clear, this is for a deck of playing cards with a custom back, and not for a more useful deck with custom faces.

I noticed this thread has not had any action in a long time. At least my computer says that the last post on here was years ago. I went to the website and found that it is still up and running. Is there any specific reason this topic is no longer being discussed?
I'm ready to make a prototype for my first game to be published. It's been in the works for over a decade but I didn't know about sites like Artscow that would allow me to get good quality prototype cards so I have only been able to use janky printed cards off my home PC. I don't want to put a ton of time in making the first prototype set(s) if there is something wrong with Artscow or if there is something better that you guys have discovered.

Anyone still using Artscow? Are there any current deals or discount codes I should know about?

If you look in the lower right corner of the post just above your own, you should see this:

"Posted Mon Jan 9, 2012"

That means the last post here was only a week ago. I'm not sure why you're confused, but perhaps seeing that will help?

i use printerstudio.com now. they are less expensive, have more options for card deck sizes and do not randomly enlarge my artwork on their whim. and ship faster.

the only drawback is no gallery that others can order from
