The pictures in the gallery do a good job of counting the contents for you...
In general, you get the book, the campaign/game board, and a sizable amount of figures and markers.

My concern is that the unit count for the Germans in Bagration only includes:
2 tigers, 1 panther, 1 panzer iv, 1 stug and 4 half tracks and 4 trucks.
only 1 artillery & 1 aircraft (looks like transport) & 1 armored train
No German infantry??? only 2 police units??
No German fighters???
Just how accurate is this German OOB?
Looks woefully thin, is that really all that is included for the German pieces??

Yeah I think it is missing some pieces on both sides; here is an initial list of the additional units needed with the current "Firestorm" troops...I plan on using A&A Europe pieces to represent them:
