I've just recently purchased Gloom and the first expansion pack, Unhappy Homes. I think this is a fantastic, funny, entertaining, and well-balanced card game. The artwork is incredible, and the stacking system works very well. I'm eager to get the next two expansions.
I understand that the third expansion, Unfortunate Expeditions, isn't out yet. However, I'm very confused about the availability, or lack of, the second expansion, Unwelcome Guests.
After searching online, it seems that Unwelcome Guests was released, but I can't find it available for purchase (except for one on Amazon for over $70. I see it listed on some sites as a pre-order.
Does anyone know the story on this expansion, why it was released and now seems to have disappeared? Is it, indeed, going to be available again, and, if so, when?
I'd like to know for sure that the expansion is going to be available and on what date before pre-ordering it somewhere.
