How badly do the extra six zombies affect a player's chances of winning in Zombie Fluxx?

The additional Zombies do slow the game down a little bit. It's not horrible, but I found it to be noticeable. It could just be my imagination, though.
The extra Zombie cards were designed to address a limitation in the artwork of the original version of Zombie Fluxx. They ran out of time for artwork, so four "Zombie" and two "Pair of Zombie" cards appear twice each. In ZF 1.1, the duplicates have been replaced with the Zombie cards that appear in the Flame-Thrower expansion.
In either case, when you add the Flame-Thrower expansion pack to your Zombie Fluxx deck, you will have duplicate Zombies equal to the number of Zombies you added. For my deck, I created a custom Meta Rule to remove duplicate Zombies when they show up in front of a player (as an incentive, the player who caused the removal gets to draw a card). It would probably be easier to just remove the cards from my deck permanently, but what fun would that be?
