At my request, the BGG entry for Terrapin was merged with the entry for Turtle Butt. Terrapin is the game that Turtle Butt had become, so it didn't make sense to keep separate entries.
After lots of play-testing, the scoring rules have been simplified. For example, any pair is worth 5 points regardless of rank. The new rules have been on the Decktet website for a while.
Also, there is now a new variant called Temptation Terrapin. It really brings out the press-your-luck element of the game.
