With the tournament rules do you still only get 33 cards for your tournament deck? With over 300 cards and 7 expansions (each requiring a bunch of cards to make combinations work) 33 cards is starting to seem too small a number!
When you play "public feeling" can you us the initial star immediately? or do you have to wait for the next turn.
Also, When you play the "hospital" can you use it the same turn it is played?
