The expansion is still going to be distinct in the printed rules however. There are some that will choose to play the base game, others that may play the base game initially and then added portions of the expansion to their gameplay as they become more comfortable with it.
What might happen, however, is that new entries may need to be created under the Rio Grande banner. I'm not really sure what the best way is to handle that side of things.
