Hello everybody,
when we played the game, we re-shuffled discarded cards to form a new draw pile when it ran out of cards. We just assumed that would be the case.
However, when checking the rules afterwards, I couldn't find a point adressing that.
Are the cards re-shuffled?
This might sound like a silly question to some, but it could actually affect game play!
You might build some tactic around the pile running out of cards if it isn't re-shuffled; and the game will most likely end quicker.

Same thing happened here.
We reshuffled, but we were down to our last few rounds anyways.
If that happens again, I'm going to say NO, as the new draw pile will be mostly magic cards. It should force a faster end game.

Just found it!
The pile is re-shuffled.
I looked under "Draw/Exchange cards".
It is actually written under the third step of game setup.
Sorry for causing confusion.
