I ordered this from Boards & Bits and there was just the maps and rules in a clamshell case, but no zombies. I have more than enough zombies from other games to supply them myself, but I was under the (perhaps mistaken) impression this was supposed to come with 30 zombies...

I hope you didn't throw out the box...the zombies are in a zip-top baggie, which is likely floating around amidst the packing peanuts.
At least, mine was.

All copies of the map should come with zombies. If they didn't, contact Tom and he will set you up.
I apologize personally, and for Tom for any inconveniences.

"The expansions additionally come with a dedicated action/income/shares track on the same card stock as the maps, and 30 plastic zombies"
The zombies are definitely included, but they were shipped separately in a baggie to avoid damaging the map (the clamshell was just a bit on the small side).
So you should find the zombies somewhere in the package. In the future we'll try to do a better job to make sure the zombies don't get missed.
Thanks, Tom Boards & Bits

I went through all the packing peanuts, and no Baggie of the Undead to be found, unfortunately...
Like I said, I've got plenty of zombies laying around to take care of it, I was just curious. Thanks for the quick replies!

Oh great, now we've got 30 Zombies on the loose somewhere. Infecting the unaware and taking over the world. I HOPE YOU'RE ALL HAPPY WITH YOURSELVES!

Matt, my warehouse manager assures me that it was in the box, and that their counts are accurate. Not having packed the box myself I cannot say with 100% certainty that your zombies made it.
I did have another customer contact me after checking several times saying they could not find them. But they did eventually find them.
I'm sorry for the trouble, and I appreciate that you don't need them. But I'm still hopeful they are there somewhere. It is a very small baggie (2"x3").
And I have instructed both warehouses to be more careful in the future.
Thanks, Tom Boards & Bits

So when will the Washington warehouse have this in stock so that they can also be more careful in the future?
(System doesn't appear to be set up to "pre-order" a game in the other warehouse waiting on redelivery, so I have to wait on an order as I don't want my games shipped from Ohio.....)

Understood, although if everything is available in Ohio, it will probably be faster.
I hope to have more Zombie Apocalypse in WA the next week or two.

I am trying to flesh out the order with other pre-orders also, so will just wait. The current system locks the order to Ohio as that is where the inventory "is" at the moment.
