I just bought a copy of this game for my girlfriend's father. When she and I visited for Thanksgiving, her Dad started talking to me about Avalon Hill games because he knew I was into them. He played lots of them in his younger days including this game. After finding a copy inexpensively online, I decided to get him a copy of it, with the intention of playing with him. It is my attempt to bond with him. Hopefully it works.

You're right. He did try to make the connection first, so I guess I should say I am trying to respond and accept the bond. Unfortunately, I will not be there when he receives the game, but I hope he likes it.
