The only game worse than Fluxx is We Didn't Playtest This At All.

Hey solid review - spot on - not a great game - but a good filler and with the right crowd a fun time.

Nonsense. We Didn't Playtest this At All is the game Fluxx wishes it was. That game is done in 5 minutes tops (not sure I've ever actually seen it last that long). As the review states, Fluxx can drag out a long time, and the novelty lasts 5-10 minutes tops.

All I can say to the middle of this review is: hahahaha
ahhh, FLUXX:the only game I threw intentionally just to make it end after an hour (too long)! Though, I must admit, this title is good to throw on the table every once in a blue moon.

Fun game with much more strategy than the detractors admit.
I can see the long complaints if you play with large groups like 6 or more, but when played by 2 to 4, we've never had a long game.

Centurion Maximus hated Fluxx. In fact, he's sulking in his tent right now about having had to review it at all. I'm probably going to have to let him oppress some Goths over the weekend in order to restore his usual even temper.
I'm slightly more on the fence. On the one hand, the gameplay does not hold my interest at all; once the novelty of changing rules and conditions every turn wears off, there's nothing that really keeps my mind engaged. On the other hand, despite its many faults, it is, in its own way, an effective gateway game. It was one of the first non-traditional card games I ever acquired (along with Munchkin, but more on that equally divisive institution later) and certainly helped introduce me to the wider world of better games. It is emphatically not a "gamer's game", but then it doesn't pretend to be. I don't have a burning desire to play it anymore, but neither do I have a pathological aversion to it.
Excuse me. I have to go convince Centurion Maximus not to sack and pillage Looney Labs.

I liked the *stab* *stab* *stab* but maybe the center one should have been *cut* *cut*? Well it looks that way to me anyway.
Hopefully the Senate went easy on Maximus for daring to touch the Emperor.

The centre one is a stab and miss. Fluxx is a crafty devil, bobs and weaves.

I can just see Maximus on the group W bench with all kinds of mean and nasty mother stabbers and father rapers.
Just remember the Playmobil review legion is an organization! The don't have much harmony though.
Of course as a life lesson the next time you are playing Fluxx just tell yourself, "I've been playing this game for 25 minutes now, and I can play it for another 25. I'm not proud...or tired"

I'd love to see the legionaires take on Chrononauts. I like the game more, and legionaires in time!

Hmm. I wonder what Very Early Roman Chrononauts would be like?

Hmm, I did notice that Centurion Maximus was quite happy when he was killing. Huge smile his face...
