I got this for the kids for Christmas. I was swithering on whether to get it or not when it was over 35GBP from UK shops. I then tried Amazon.de and got it for less than 23GBP delivered!!! See my Amazon.de invoice:

Zwischensumme ohne USt: EUR 14,21
Porto und Verpackung: EUR 6,58
Umsatzsteuer: EUR 3,12

Endbetrag inkl. USt.: EUR 23,91

Bezahlt von Visa: GBP 22.36**

It arrived less than 5 days after ordering on 14th December.

Of course its the Burg Appenzell version of the game but there are two rule books, one in German and one in English (with French on the other side!)

You can get some good deals on Amazon.de, some of the latest ones are here. Shipping is fast and costs 6euros plus 50c per kilo.

You can get some English versions "Englische Ausgabe" but I tend to buy German and I always check the language level of the game on here first - you can always find the rules for a game in English somewhere on the web but lots of in-game text in a foreign language game can be tough when learning so I usually avoid it.

I checked Amazon.de today, 21 Apr 2010, and the total with shipping was £33.23

The English version was only a few pounds more at Games Lore (£36.12 inc P&P) so I plumped for that.
