I have difficulties figuring out which timezone is used for the various time stamps in BGG.

Thinking about it, it would be very useful to have a user configuration to select which timezone to present. There is of course a risk that this would have a severe effect on performance. In such case the timezone should at least be displayed somewhere.

Sorry if this is already covered.

Looking at the time stamp for my own post, it seems like Central Standard Time (CST) is used.

you can set your timezone that you see for posts:

In the small menu bar below the main one on the right:

Account->Forum Settings

However, this doesn't change the timezone in all parts of BGG. For instance I will still have the default (CST?) in GeekQuestions and possibly other places as well

Thanks for this thread. It has somewhat helped me.

Now, does anyone know how to switch to a regular Eurogamey 24-hour clock on BGG instead of the might strange am/pm Ameritrash? whistle
