Supposedly, this game can be played with as few as 2 players. Having played this game once, with 6 players, it does not seem possible...at least not in an enjoyable way.
Has anyone ever played this game with only one other person? If so, how did it go?

Bleah. Just because you can do a thing does not mean that you must. That way lies madness.

Of course I know a person doesn't have to play this game with only 2 players...but I want to know if anyone has tried it. That's all...

There's no point in even trying it.
The goal of the game is (a) to pick the correct definition out of the list and (b) to fool other players into voting for your fake one.
Imagine you are playing a round with two players: the other player is dealer.
There are only 2 definitions to choose from. One is the correct definition, and the other is yours. So you can pick the correct definition 100% of the time. No fun in that. That disposes of goal (a).
The dealer knows the answer and so isn't allowed to vote, so your fake definition will never attract any votes, unless you vote for it yourself. Not much fun in that, either. That disposes of goal (b).
