If the greater peon has one joker and the great Dalmuti gives him the other one during taxation, can the greater peon then immediately declare a greater revolution?

Hi Wesley,
no, there can not be a revolution at that point due to two rules:
1. "If a player is dealt both Jesters, he or she may call a revolution." So if you recieve at least one jester during taxation, you were not dealt them.
2. Revolution is before taxation timing-wise. So yiour chance to revolt is gone after you acceptet your fate and payed taxes.
Well and if you are playing our german version, you wouldn´t be allowed to exchange jokers during taxation anyway. We didn´t allow it.
