Oh, I'm well aware we're closer to the East than the West. But the vibe is different here than on the East, and the southeast is different as well. It just annoys me to see people think there are only 2 regions in the country. There are at least 5 in IL, but the state constitution only recognizes Chicago and downstate.

Is the Washington warehouse really closing? I thought all re-stocking of inventory would go to the new Ohio warehouse but I just noticed....

http://www.boardsandbits.com/product_info.php?products_id=22...

"5+ coming Sep 17 to Wash"

and apparently none coming to the Ohio warehouse (where everything else in my cart is solely available from)

"Here's a thread I have not seen for a long time!"

We had planned to close the warehouse and sell it. In this economy? Right!

If we have to continue to pay for the warehouse, we may as well put it to use.

So we're ramping back up. We have started to reorder newer games and they should start arriving early next week.

Our Toledo warehouse will still be our "main" warehouse and will most likely be better stocked with newer items.

That said, we can get most any currently-available items into our WA warehouse, so if you have a request, just let us know.

Well I really would prefer to order from the Ohio warehouse both because it's 1/2 the ship time, and a couple dollars less shipping charge... though with September $2 ship deal if I order this month isn't an issue (also maybe not an issue in general if $75+ orders from the WA warehouse still ship for free?? Or now that the WA warehouse is *not* closing that deals no longer?).

Still curious why an RGG title is only going to be now re-stocked at WA house only? No plans to re-stock that title (Alea Treasure Chest) at the OH warehouse?

In any case my cart currently looks like:

Court of the Medici
Alea Treasure Chest
Chrononauts: Lost Identities
Dominion: Prosperity
Le Havre: Le Grand Hameau Expansion

everything except treasure chest is either in ohio only or re-stocking in ohio only. also going to need before I even order to find some others to join the order to get either shipping deal.

On a side note, any chance in (source module name deleted) you can increase $SESS_LIFE or equiv for oscommerce version you have? Current session timeout seems really really short as I have to re-login multiple times in same day so I can see my cart & wishlist

There are no Rio titles that we will carry in WA and not in OH, you have just caught us in between restocking. I've made it available for you in OH.

The $75 shipping is not available, nor do I expect it to be anytime soon, if ever. But the $98+$2 is available in either warehouse.

We are also trying to figure out a way that $196+$4 gets you shipping of any items from either warehouse, it's just not an easy thing to do.

If you are ordering more than $196 combined from both warehouses, we will honor $2 shipping for both orders no matter what the split. Just mention this in your last order.

As for session timeout, I have upped it before, but I'll take another look and see what I can do. I also wouldn't mind if you edited your post to not include details about our site. A generic question would be sufficient

Folks who like me are still "subscribed" to this thread may likely be interested in this in case you don't follow the hot deals forum....

The WA warehouse is closing again ("or is it" in tom's own words )....

[US] Boards & Bits WA warehouse orders receive coupon

Get 10% coupon code back on all orders that ship from the WA warehouse

Also see that thread for buying games at 5% above cost "for Josh" (one of the victims of this really bad tornado season) (games have to come from WA warehouse, this is not combinable w/the 10% coupon cash back)

to close out this thread... it's now official (or will be tomorrow)! just noticed this post on B&B's home page:

"WA Warehouse Closing Friday (06/08/2011)
Please note that Friday will be the last day to place an order from our Washington warehouse. The WA10 10% rebate is still in effect (put WA10 in the checkout comments for WA orders).

Table Covers will continue to be shipped from WA.

Any orders in WA waiting on pre-orders will be shipped from WA when ready, or moved to OH, whichever we feel will get the package to you quicker."
