I have a thread at the base game page about the benefits of having at least one distinct leader label for each army, same style but different, in order to be able to "track" one particularly important leader through battle. Even if he has no special abilities, but you may want to know where he is or whether he died during the fight...
Over there I had begun to show the ones I'm working on for Exp#4, but since many people may have the base game and not this Exp, I thought it would be better to move that part of the discussion here. Indeed, I think the special leader "problem" gets worse in this Exp because there are two Queens that go to battle with mustache (Boudica) and beard (Zenobia)!!!
After some quick tries, the ones I'm still considering are these:
For Zenobia (center) I cannot find a better one. The special Imperial leader was much easier than expected, indeed he is on the side of the Exp#3 box! Boudica's choice is more complicated, I liked the first 3 and, to make things worse, kduke has sent me a 4th one...
So, before updating my special leaders file, which one do you prefer? Or are there any other images you would like to see adapted to a leader label (thanks Kevin!)?

I second Alessandro's choice. The fourth one just shouts "Regina Picti" hehe

I like the Fourth leader as well. Is there any way to make her a red head though? I've always had this image of her as a red head.

Second one is not a drawing, would look too different from the other pieces on the board.
Third one could be, but she is looking sideways. If I have the choice, I prefer one looking at me in the eyes, like B1-2-4. And Richard, no, I cannot make her redhead! Find a redheaded one and send it to me...

She's what we call a "strawberry blonde."
I guess I should not be, but in searching around for 'art' on the subject, I was surprised at how many people portrayed B. as a 'fantasy babe' style (looking barely 20 years old with focus on cleavage (and not the kind caused by swords). Of course, the matronly, Victorian style charioteer of the statue in England seems flawed too.

Sorry guys, but I have recently acquired a small metal Greek chess set (I was able to buy only the pieces), and the pawns are perfect for leaders, the knights for special leaders... AND the bishops for female leaders!
So I abandon these female leader labels, though if any of you wants to use them I think that the picture at the beginning of the thread is good enough to print whichever you prefer...

Sorry, Miguel, but Americans would take the title of the banner seriously and wonder where the metal chariot is that the metal Boudica is riding?
(Or is that a chariot wheel she is standing on?)

No, Boudica is metal, the chariot is wooden. I wrote the caption quickly for upload here, didn't know Rodger would take it for his photo diary!
