It still is Bubble Brain mixed with Apples to Apples, which has been out a few years now in the US. Why is everything banking on AtA anymore when it comes to party games?
If I understand, nothing in the rules stipulates that choosing the actual funniest caption could grant you an advantage, so with winning-spirit gamers, the objective will tend to guess who writes what (assuming the rules state one can't vote for itself) in order to avoid giving a gem to the leading opponent.
