If two opposing bugs are in the same hex and grappling can either bug only attack with "grappling" attacks? Or can they use their standard close combat manuevers?

Standard weaponry (like Merastoma Sting or Mandibles) are allowed.

Projectors cannot be fired into your own hex though.

Since I have your attention here...

Do I need to turn around to attack with my stinger or can I just face forward?

the Merastoma Sting only attacks forward or against grappled targets.

(Imagine the scorpion reaching the stinger over its head as it stings the thing it's grabbed with it's claws)

The regular bee stinger is a grapple only weapon, so facing is irrelevant.
