I mean, are there rules only in Danish, Swedish and Norwegian? Or also English? I'd love to buy the game, but it would suck if only these languages were present and no English....

Then you got the International edition. The Scandinavian edition comes with Danish, Swedish and Norwegian rules, but no Englishrules.
