Is MOTS Still Available? | FITS Expansion #1: MOTS: More Of The Same

Does any one know if MOTS and the other FITS expansion boards are still available? The links here at BGG go to Bezier Games but not to a download page. I did PM Ted Alspach but I have never heard a response. Does anyone know if they have just been canceled or if there is another place to get them?
