I am interested in trying out the Big Drought variant but I have a question about scoring victory points. The rules state that the player with the most letters of business scores x points in the special scoring phase. It also states that ties are broken in the regular fashion. How exactly would you break a tie?

Thanks, not sure how I overlooked that. I take it that the tie-breaker could go into effect every special scoring if the need arises.
