Levalet in Quebec is having a special on Manila for only $25 CDN. Their shipping is very cheap too. $5 to Canada and $10 to the USA. I thought this game was out of print but they seem to have a few copies.

I saw a copy at my FLGS for about $50 Cdn. It's OOP but not impossible to find.
