I can't seem to figure it out using online translators. My daughter was asking what it means in English, so any help would be appreciated.

"Giro" is "tour" in the sense of Tour de France - a race circuit - in Italian. It can mean other things (turn, lap, period, rounds), but in context, I think this is the correct sense.

"Galoppo" is "gallop" in Italian.

Giro Galoppo is therefore a "Galloping Race" / "Race at a Gallop" / "Gallop Race/Tour" or very literally "Tour Gallop".
