Box bottom lists it is a 2 player game, box sides list it as a 3-4 player game. Thats a little confusing - So which is it? I am looking at the Z-Man printing. Did they offically add the 2 player variant in this printing or something?
How is the 2 player version? Is it faithful to the game? Is it good enough to be viewed as a legit 2 player game that can be expanded to play more, or is it a 3-4 player game that can be rigged to play 2 player but loses some aspects of it?
I would mostly play this 2 player is why I ask.
Thanks

It's 3-4. I got slightly confused at first too but I'm pretty sure it's just a misprint.

It's a misprint. I've posted a picture of it:

Dumb question, but which is the misprint?

2-player is a mis-print.
It is 3 or 4 player only. (I suppose you could play it 2-player, but like most area control games with only 1 map, the maximum player count is best... in this case, 4 player.)

Thank you, Brian. Good to know. I like the look of the game, and it sounds like fun.

The two player variants available are pretty good though. We actually use parts of the official one mixed with the unofficial Square Deal card distribution method.
