Does the green dotted line movement for the Servile forces cost one movement point like roads or two movement points like mountain passes? Spartacus can make it to Freedom if it costs one, or he will be short if it costs two.
Sorry if this has been asked before--I couldn't find an answer quickly. Thanks!

It's not explicit in the rules, but all dashed lines are mountain passes.
Dashed green lines are mountain passes that may be travelled only by Servile units. It makes sense as the slaves have to cross the Alps to find freedom in Gaul.
So it costs two movement points to move via the dashed green lines. Such is the price of freedom !

Does that mean that they cannot retreat through them either?
In that case going out of Vesubius with Republicans around is quite a risk, as you won't have a friendly PC until the end of the turn.
