Does anyone know if there are any plans to produce an expansion for Identik? I have a copy of Portrayal from about two years ago (same cards as Identik) and have played through all of them. I'd think now that it has won some awards abroad, maybe this is feasible?

It was a finalist for the Spiel, but no awards. For an expansion, Identik just came out on late June in the US, earlier for the rest of the world, we will wait to see how goes the game before.
The potential is there, but like any other games let's see how goes the sales now.

That makes sense, thanks! I didn't realize Identik had been released so recently in the US; I thought it came out at the same time as it did in Europe. Anyway, I will just have to be patient. :-)
BTW, Didn't it win a game of the year award in France?

The As D'Or, yes. But if there's an expansion, don't be surprise to have it in english before any other language. The authors are Americans.
