I'm thinking about having this printed up at FedEx Kinkos. Online, they offer a couple kinds of cardstock: #90 and #110. Does anyone know what #110 feels like? I assume it's not any thicker that the original boards?

Incidentally, the cost would be about $10. I'm going to print single-sided to avoid any issues with the sides aligning.

110 is what I used and it's not as thick as the original - it works very well. When I made my copies I put them back to back and laminated them for additional stiffness, but it's not really necessary.

If you really want to go top of the line, Kinko's has a very thin PVC material that would be awesome for this. Takes a week or so to get back, then will require some careful Xacto work.
