It says ANY human. Thus yeah. It's the Martian equivalent of Excalibre from the Monty Python version. It lets you kill creepers arbitrarily. Although not ALL creepers. It doesn't work on Germs. It can't kill the army but it can change who they're pestering. Humans in black are still humans.
