Player A has 90
Player B has 80 Player C has 70
So turn order should be A, B then C.
If A changes cards with player C.....after player A plays.....Player C now has more than player B... Should C go before B, or do you stay with the initial order when everyone shows how much he put for trade in front of him

It's now C's turn, as he now has the highest bid of the remaining players. That's an advantage of making a bid that will be attractive to your opponents.

as written in my copy of the rules:
2) Exchange his bid cards for another player's bid. The player may take all the cards from another player's bid and place them in his hand. He then places his bid cards in front of the other player. That player takes the next turn as he now has the highest bid at the table.
