I took a chance and wrote to Ravensburger about getting a replacement piece that had been lost by grandkids at Grandma's house.

Within a few hours, I had a response from their customer relations office in New Hampshire, willing to help. Great service, Ravensburger!

Shortly after, the kids found the missing piece, so everything FITS. :-)
