The time has come. The die has been cast, the scissors put away, the scraps of cardstock tidied up off the floor. It is time for us to vote! Who made the game you want in your stocking most? Who made the game you want to make many copies of to give to all your family & friends? Voting is from November 15th to the 22nd, after which the prize of 275 gg will be given out to the winner, and the 2nd place winner will have to make a choice as to what gamebook they want.
This poll is now closed.

Re: TIME TO VOTE!!! Christmas Print and Play Game Design Contest
I for one am finding this contest fun, just seeing what holly jolly stuff you designers are coming up with.
Printed off and made two of the games that my printer could easily accomodate and that I thought I could get people to play. Would like to do some more, if I can manage it...

Re: TIME TO VOTE!!! Christmas Print and Play Game Design Contest
*sigh* Didn't have time to make them all, and those are in B/W until I get my colour printer back from the workshop. I'm going to be making the rest and remaking some of these in December I think. Before I do that, is anyone thinking of tweaking their graphics again? I might as well get the most up-to-date files. I should probably make a colour version of my own game while I'm at it
Good luck everyone!

I had grand plans to revisit my entry and also make and play all of the others, then got busy and only ended up with Cringle Bells. Doesn't seem right to vote under those circumstances...

In case of doubt, do what all the others do and vote for eyecandy

Given the graphics in your entry I can see why you would say that!

I might as well get the most up-to-date files. No updated graphics, but mine will be getting an expansion soon since I didn't finish the advanced version in time for the contest. I'll also be releasing Ver. 1.2 of the rulebook for the basic game to add a couple of small things I forgot in the first one. Unfortunately, I seem to have lost my original file, so that will have to wait until I either find the file or find the time to rebuild it. It will include the tiebreaker, a requirement to keep all scoring open, and the fact that your turn ends if you gain a scoring tile (this one doesn't come into play much in the basic game, but it's important in the expansion).

Congrats to the winners!
I think, if I get some time, I will redesign Cringle Bells a bit to something I think is a bit better, perhaps some custom cards or whatnot.
I've found that people who don't have issues with math tend to understand the game best. Anyone (and I mean ANYONE) who is flighty in the head will find the game dull (unfortunately).

Really? Wow
I fully expected Reindeer Races to take off in to the lead.
Ooh... That's a pretty close result, though. Don't you folks think that Rebekah deserves a bag of for that effort?
Big thanks to Celina for running this and to everyone for participating!

Well - Rebekah gets a book after all, while you "only" get some

I've never tried any of the gamebooks before, so I'm looking forward to trying one out
.
Congratulations to Mr. Lunch on your win! Elves & Shelves looks like a great game that I hope to be able to try out soon. Congratulations also to Ken for winning the Delight and Charm prize for O Tannen-BOOM!, another excellent entry!
This was a fun contest, so thank you to Celina for running it and to the other designers. It's nice to see the Christmas PnP category filled out a little more .

I wanted to post one final thank you to Celina. My package arrived in the mail just before Christmas! Thanks for going to all the effort of wrapping it so nicely. What a treat to put it under the Tree and open it with the other presenets.
My children absolutely loved the Fairy Wishing coins (I don't think I will ever get them back!) and the book is beautiful. Please thank Marilyn again for me!
Again, to one and all, thanks for the great games and a fun contest.
Happy New Year!
