I have played a game in the past that is very similar except that you are note defining words. Instead you are offering explanations for why something is a certain way. For example, the card for a round might say "why are there dimples on the sides of milk jugs?". Each player comes up with their own explanation, bluff or true. Each player speaks their own answer and then all the players vote or it might be that just the current player votes.
So two key differences from Balderdash are that you explain something rather than define a word and each player speaks their own answer/bluff. Part of the game play then includes the player's own skills bluffing as they read their own answer, vs. one player reading all the answers in Balderdash.
Can anyone think of the name of this game?
