I usually attempt to time the "Now Shipping" Daily Illuminators to appear *after* the product hits all four Alliance warehouses. So the game should be on store shelves right now -- and if not, the FLGS can order it for you.
(Not that there's anything definitive about Alliance BTW, but the vast majority of game stores have accounts with them, they're nation-wide, and they have a reliable website I can easily check.)
