Pretty basic question, but doesn't seem to be covered in the rules of the latest edition. Does the deal rotate each hand or go to the loser of the last hand, etc? Played the first time this weekend and really enjoyed the intensity of it.

We've always played that each player gets one deal, and the deal travels around the board with each hand. You could play to a certain set number of points, we usually play 3 hands and go on to something else.
