But... those 1.0 are from 12-10-08...
I have seen many errors and clarifications since then. And the developners were saying they were working in a new rules.
Doesnt appear those rules yet?

What's the difference between first rules and news rules?
Many people say the game is broken. News rules are to remedy that? Or is it just somme clarifications?

It is mostly clarifications and two significant rule changes which correct the imbalance many players experienced when the game first came out. It plays very well now, IMO. If you want to look for yourself at the changes, just click on the link a couple of posts above this one.
