Okay some more queries ... I've tried to find the answers, but have been up until 5am playing this game, so ... apols.
An amoeba with "Struggle For Survival" and "Persistence" attacks an amoeba who employs "Escape" to run away.
Since the Persistent amoeba can attack *again* if their first SfS failed, can they target a new amoeba in their same square?
I'd argue that Persistence+SfS is only supposed to be used against one victim at a time ... but it's not clear.

Good question - Don't really know!
I assumed that "persitence" allows only a continued attack, as you suggest, but I don't have the exact wording here to look it up again.
