I'm not clear on something in the stock trading rules. Is trading disallowed once ONE piece of ANY color gets to the 25 point mark? Once that happens, absolutely no more trading of any color is allowed for the rest of the game?

I would say yes.

From the rules. "Shares can be exchanged only as long as the first scoring marker of any cable car company has not reached or exceeded the 25 points space yet."

I have a question on final scoring. The company with the most points has a value of 8 the next 7 the next 6 ect. The least is supposed to have a value of 1. In the example there is a tie for 3rd most and both companys receive a value of 6 but, the 4th position is not skipped which would mean excluding any more ties the the company with the least value would have a value of 2. Sould ties skip the next lower value amount or will the company with the least points have a value of more than 1?

Thanks, Mark

Mark, not sure but it doesn't seem right that the lowest company would score 2. I'd wager it's a misprint but that's only a guess.

But so it is. If there is no tie, the last one gets 1 point. In cases with a tie (or more ties), the last company gets more points.
The rules could be more "to-the-point" in these particular cases blush .

Hope that helps and all the best from Germany
